This isn’t about what I think, but what the companies of today are already a part of. Isn’t it evident that companies with a human element embedded within them do a much better job of giving people what they find value in?

The more a product feels intuitive and human, the better it is. We can discuss design systems, storytelling frameworks, and all the metrics that define progress, yet we tend to overlook the human being at the other end, the one who experiences it all.
